1. Who We Are

EasyCutList ("we", "us", "our") is a panel cut optimization tool available at easycutlist.com, operated by Nectar Modular Kitchen & Furniture, Pune, India.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

• Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and name from Google.
• Profile information: Your company name, phone number, logo, and default settings that you optionally enter in My Profile.
• Project data: Panel dimensions, stock sheet details, material names, and cut lists you create and save.
• Client data: Names and business details of your customers that you optionally store in the Clients section.
• Payment information: When you upgrade to Pro, payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive confirmation of payment and your plan details but do not store your card number or banking details.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: Number of optimizations run, total panels processed, sheets saved — used to display your usage stats and improve the algorithm.
• Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps — collected automatically by our hosting provider (Render) and Cloudflare for security and performance.
• Local storage: Cut lists, projects, price book, and settings are stored in your browser's local storage on your device.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the EasyCutList service
• To authenticate your account and manage your subscription
• To sync your projects across devices (Pro plan)
• To send transactional emails (payment receipts, account notifications)
• To prevent abuse and enforce our Terms of Service
• To analyze aggregate usage patterns and improve the optimization algorithm

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share your information only with the following service providers, strictly to operate the service:

• Supabase — database and authentication (servers in US/EU)
• Render — API server hosting (US)
• Razorpay — payment processing (India)
• Google — authentication via Google Sign-In
• Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and DDoS protection

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

5. Data Storage and Security

• Your account data is stored in Supabase's secure database with row-level security.
• All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption.
• Payment transactions are handled entirely by Razorpay — we never see or store your card details.
• Local project data (if you don't have a Pro account) is stored only on your device in browser local storage and is not transmitted to our servers.

6. Data Retention

• Account data is retained as long as your account is active.
• If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days.
• Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law.
• Log data is retained for up to 90 days.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Update or correct inaccurate data via My Profile or by contacting us.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Export: Export your cut lists and project data at any time from the app.
• Opt out: Stop using the service at any time — your local data remains on your device.

8. Cookies and Local Storage

EasyCutList does not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies. We use:

• Authentication tokens: Stored in local storage to keep you signed in (Supabase session).
• Preference data: Your settings, price book, and local projects stored in browser local storage.
• Cloudflare cookies: Security and performance cookies set by Cloudflare (see Cloudflare's privacy policy).

9. Children's Privacy

EasyCutList is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

10. International Users

EasyCutList is operated from India. If you access the service from outside India, your data may be transferred to and processed in India and the United States (where our infrastructure providers are based). By using EasyCutList, you consent to this transfer.

11. Third-Party Links

EasyCutList may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of EasyCutList after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
